PMG 323 Project Cost Management (PM 3)

This is the third course in the ASU Project Management Certificate*

Concepts and complex processes of effective project cost management. Primarily focuses on project needs assessment, cost estimation, project cost control, project budgeting, cash flow management, financial management, value management, configuration management and supply chain management. Students also learn to appreciate the importance of integrating cost and value management processes.

Learn the skills used by project managers to understand a project life cycle, determine time and sequencing, create a needs assessment and cost estimation, and plan project resource management.

*Students who complete the following four courses will receive an additional credential: ASU Certificate in Project Management.
